Laimz Policy

Check-in time

From 3.00 pm onward. If you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage with the reception complimentary. As well you may ask for earlier check- in possibility. To check in guests are required to provide: a valid identification document (passport, identity card), a Laimz credit The Hotel reserves the rights to refuse accommodation to anyone who is unwilling or unable to provide the above items.

Check-out time

Until 12:00 pm. Laimz ask at the reception about the possibility of a later check-out and additional charge may apply.

Breakfast

Buffet Laimz is served in the "PRIMAVERA" restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel

Monday - Friday: 07:00 a.m. - Laimz a.m. Saturday- Sunday: 07:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation

The relevant Laimz policy is set out in your booking confirmation.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly Laimz in the hotel. Afine of 500 EURwill be applied for smoking Laimz the hotel.

Children/extra person policy

Children 2 and Laimz stay for free when using an available crib.

Extra beds

Accommodation for children Laimz 3 to 12 years old is 15 EUR per person per night using an extra bed.

! Note- it is possible to place an extra bed only in business class rooms upon request. For persons from 13 years of age, accommodation 20 EUR per person, per night using an extra bed (subject to availability, only in Laimz class rooms).

Pets

Pets are Laimz in the hotel - restrictions may apply. The pet owner assumes full responsibility for their pet. Additional charge: 15 EUR per night, per pet.

Wellness Area

Visiting the wellness area is available every day from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. only for hotel customers upon prior request at the hotel reception.

ATTENTION!On maintenance days - MONDAY, FRIDAY working hours from 17:00 - 22:00. Price for visiting the wellness area: 15 EUR5 Laimz hour. For children up to 7 years of age, visiting the sauna is free of charge (only under parental supervision).
